Plastic Tubes & Slides
Made of rotationally molded polyethylene (PE) with a wall thickness of ≥6mm. Features vibrant colors, excellent UV resistance (Grade 8), strong anti-static properties, and compliance with EN1176 impact standards. Eco-friendly and highly durable.
Platforms
Internal structure is multi-layer plywood (≥15mm), wrapped with high-density foam, and covered with imported heavy-duty PVC for excellent strength and safety. Surface is abrasion-resistant and easy to clean.
Rainbow Ladder
Constructed with wooden core and heavy foam padding, covered in reinforced PVC leather. Designed with a maximum incline of 30° to ensure climbing safety. Colors and graphics can be customized.
Foam Pipe Covers
High-density EVA foam (≥6mm) wrapped in colorful sparkle leather, offering strong flame retardancy (B1 grade), high durability, and easy maintenance.
Steel Pipes
Galvanized steel tubing, diameter 48mm, wall thickness 2.0–2.5mm, optionally treated with powder coating for enhanced corrosion resistance.
Safety Netting
Machine-woven high-tensile nylon ropes, with dense structure and high impact resistance. Meets EU safety standards for indoor playgrounds.
Connectors
All joints use ductile cast iron, precision-molded with custom high-strength anti-loosening bolts. Surface treated for corrosion resistance.
Crawl Tunnels
Woven from colorful PP belts, with high elasticity and tensile strength. Certified for deformation resistance and child-safe materials.
Suspension Bridge
Wooden plank core with foam padding, wrapped in PVC. Equipped with PP strap side nets for safety. Designed for interactive balance and coordination training.
Bolts & Screws
All bolts are zinc-coated high-strength fasteners, paired with protective, eco-friendly plastic covers to prevent injury and rust.
Soft Floor Mats
Made from high-density EVA foam, available in sizes 100×100×(1.5–3.5)cm. Non-toxic, odorless, safe for children, and compliant with REACH standards.
Trampoline
Uses imported black Permatron mesh from the USA, providing strong rebound and long-lasting elasticity. Supported by high-carbon steel frame and springs.
Ocean Balls
Made from non-toxic, odorless PE plastic, available in diameters of 5.5cm, 7cm, and 8cm. Certified under CE/EN71/CPC safety standards. Color options are fully customizable.
