Many of our customers begin with a single purchase and later return to us as their business grows. This case from Indonesia is a great example of how a long-term partnership can develop over time.
After previously purchasing four VR machines from us, this customer decided to expand their entertainment business by investing in a custom outdoor rope course. Thanks to the trust built during our earlier cooperation, they came back to us for the design and production of a complete adventure park attraction.
What started as a rope course case soon evolved into an even more comprehensive entertainment solution.
A Returning Customer with a New Expansion Plan
The customer had been operating our VR equipment successfully and wanted to introduce a new attraction that would increase visitor engagement and attract more families with children.
After discussing the case requirements, they decided to build a customized outdoor rope course featuring multiple adventure challenges suitable for different age groups.
Their main requirements included:
- A modern and eye-catching design
- Multiple obstacle challenges
- Safe and durable construction
- Efficient use of the available site
- A layout suitable for both children and families
Based on the venue dimensions and customer requirements, our design team created a customized 3D design tailored to their case.
Designing a Customized Outdoor Rope Course

After carefully reviewing the customer’s site layout, our designers developed a complete outdoor rope course that combined a variety of adventure elements into one integrated attraction.
The design included:
- Rope bridges
- Suspended balance obstacles
- Climbing challenges
- Hanging elements
- Elevated walkways
- Multiple entry and exit points
The overall layout was carefully planned to provide an exciting experience while maintaining smooth visitor circulation and ensuring safety throughout the course.
The customer was very satisfied with the initial design and was ready to move forward with production.
A New Idea During Case Discussion

While discussing the final case details with our sales manager, the customer learned that, in addition to outdoor rope courses, we also manufacture a wide range of indoor playground equipment, including Interactive Ball Play Wall systems.
During the conversation, both sides noticed that there was still some unused space near the exit of the rope course.
Rather than leaving this area empty, the customer wanted to add another attraction that could keep younger children entertained while older children completed the adventure course.
After evaluating the available space together, the customer decided to install an Interactive Ball Play Wall beside the rope course exit.
This simple adjustment would make better use of the venue while providing an additional play experience for families.
Updating the Design to Include a Ball Play Wall

Once the customer confirmed the new idea, our design team immediately revised the original layout.
Instead of leaving the exit area unused, we integrated a customized Ball Play Wall into the available space.
Unlike a traditional ball pit, a Ball Play Wall is an interactive playground attraction that uses air-powered tubes, tracks, funnels, and mechanical components to keep lightweight balls moving continuously throughout the system. Children can launch, transport, observe, and recycle the balls through different routes, creating a fun and educational play experience that encourages exploration, coordination, and problem-solving.
Adding the Ball Play Wall brought several advantages:
- Better utilization of the available space
- An engaging attraction for younger children
- More interactive experiences for families
- Increased play value without significantly expanding the case footprint
By making this adjustment during the design stage, the customer was able to create a more complete entertainment destination for visitors of different ages.
Manufacturing and Delivery
After the final design was approved, production began according to schedule.
Throughout the manufacturing process, every component underwent strict quality inspections to ensure durability, safety, and compliance with our quality standards.
Once production was completed, all equipment was carefully packed and prepared for international shipment to Indonesia.
We also provided detailed installation drawings and technical guidance to help the customer complete the installation smoothly.
Successfully Installed in Indonesia

After the equipment arrived in Indonesia, the customer completed the installation successfully.
A few days later, they shared photos of the completed case with us and expressed their satisfaction with the final result.
It was exciting to see the original 3D design become a real entertainment attraction. The finished case closely matched the approved design, combining the outdoor rope course with an interactive Ball Play Wall to create a more engaging experience for families while making full use of the available space.
The successful completion of this case further strengthened our long-term partnership with the customer.
