In September last year, we received an inquiry from a customer in Tskaltubo, Georgia, who wanted to build a small but attractive indoor playground that could also be used in an outdoor environment. The customer planned to place the playground in a covered outdoor location, so weather protection and durability were very important for the project.
The final solution was an 80㎡ three-level outdoor playground with a custom rain canopy design, allowing children to play comfortably while also protecting the equipment from sunlight and rain.
One Week of Detailed Design Communication
Our design team worked closely with the customer step by step to confirm every detail of the project. During the communication process, we carefully discussed:
- Playground theme style
- Internal play elements
- Color matching
- Space layout
- Outdoor usage requirements
- Canopy structure and appearance

After nearly one week of adjustments and communication, the customer finally confirmed a three-level playground solution with a bright red canopy and colorful space-themed decorations. The final design not only matched the local operating environment, but also created a visually attractive play space for children.
Additional Order: Sky-Net Bumper Cars
Besides the indoor playground, the customer also ordered a set of Sky-Net bumper cars from us for the same project. After confirming all product details, the customer officially placed the order and paid the deposit.
This helped the customer build a more complete family entertainment space instead of operating only a single attraction.
Production and Testing
According to the customer’s schedule requirements, production officially started in November.
The playground manufacturing process took approximately one and a half weeks to complete. After production, our team arranged a full test installation to ensure:
- Structural stability
- Correct installation dimensions
- Safety performance
- Smooth component connection
- Complete accessory matching
At the same time, the bumper cars had already completed production, testing, and packaging earlier, so both products were prepared together for shipment.
Shipping and Installation Support
After all products were packed and loaded, we arranged shipment to Georgia smoothly.
Recently, the customer successfully received the goods and has started the installation process with guidance from our engineering team. During the installation stage, the customer also shared several on-site installation photos with us and expressed satisfaction with the overall cooperation experience.
